The most important thing to realize is that ou must provide content that a potential employer will want to see. The resume is your sales sheet. It is going to advertise your strengths and emphasize your value. So many people do not take the resume process seriously, but as you will see on this site, you will be lucky if you have a 7% chance in winning the interview vs. other candidates.
